Shaun Tisdale Biography

From an early age I knew that I had always wanted to be apart of the entertainment industry. By the age of thirteen I was dead set on making it my career. Around the age of sixteen, I had decided to make some videos with my friends to help showcase my acting abilities. Soon I grew a strong desire to become a filmmaker, by the time I was nineteen I had started my own production company, Lick A Frog Productions, and the first film,Camp Death, was a great achievement in my life. In fact, it won the Best Foreign Film at the 2006 Bare Bones Film Festival, as well as was presented at numerous other festivals.

Having a love to be both behind and in front of the camera my career has taken a new direction. Thus far in 2009, I have completed writing my second screenplay, Dark Existence, as well as appeared in two feature films, Tucker and Dale VS Evil as Killer Hillbilly #2, and in The Corrupted, as DJ Nightrider.

I knew if I wanted to be an actor then I had to keep myself in shape. I began to train seriously to prepare for the spotlight, and in return found my second career. Having a great deal of knowledge on both nutrition and physical fitness I decided to become a personal trainer to help others achieve their fitness goals.

My passion for film has not faded over the years, and my recent success has only sparked a fire that will make me a force to be reckoned with in the years to come. I am not looking to emulate or re-create another individuals career, rather I want to be known as the FIRST Shaun Tisdale.
